If you don’t see the Settings option in your Snipping App, you may have to update your Windows OS to the latest build. Now try to snip anything on your screen and check if it copies the image to the clipboard. But if you dont see the icon, tap the three dots at the right to reveal the hidden icons. Sometimes you will see the clipboard icon right away in the menu alongside settings, GIF, and others. Check the Always copy snips to the clipboard option.
